The current government is working towards making India a country that provides energy to all. India is today the world’s third largest producer of electricity generating a capacity of around 256 GW, despite which the country’s demand for power outstrips supply and per capita consumption of electricity is abysmally low. Consequently, India faces a power deficit situation and hence the demand for alternate sources of energy is increasing rapidly.

With India looking at achieving 1 lakh MW of solar energy capacity by 2022, and a lot of domestic companies also looking to add significant green energy capacities, the share of solar and renewable energy capacities is set to rise soon. While this push will help India reduce its dependence on fossil fuels and curb pollution, India’s solar push faces hurdles such as affordability and insufficient infrastructure.

Talking of affordability, assuming that there are high tax returns that will be levied on equity, the cost of generation from a solar project can be very expensive and reduce the interest of companies looking to invest in such ventures. Until now the industry has been well supported by the government incentives like lower duties, tax breaks and guaranteed purchases by the state utilities.

But some companies bundle solar energy with large volumes of conventional energy, which results in a marginal rise in tariffs for the end user. This raises an important question on the affordability part. The second issues is that of insufficient infrastructure which becomes another roadblock for the adoption of solar based technologies. With the existing transmission capacities being sufficient, we witness a lot of inter-state transmission congestion, and a lot of this goes unaccounted for.

While India’s solar push does face some grave challenges, solar energy does have some concrete advantages.

Harnessing this energy effectively can help solve the energy deficiency of the country to a large extent.

This will result in a surge in demand for solar inverters and UPS systems that re cost efficient and effective. Solar Energy For Better and Green Future

As we know that today there is a scarcity of fuel, water and electricity. Hence the inflation is faced by everyone. Though they are poor or rich. Everyone has to face it.  And we are finding solution on it. But what can be done? How to overcome these problems? There is one solution is to use natural resources but we, the human beings taken the disadvantages of natural resources. We are totally unknown how to use it in a proper way.

As we are using it in a very wrong way, we are facing pollution problem, global warming, weather does not remain balance. So we are suffering unseasonable weather.
We have to be aware of it as it is be used to overcome this problem. There are so many people who are deprived of electricity. Many countries are facing that kind of problem. They are unable to build power plant for generate electricity.

There are many natural resources available to solve this kind of problems like wind energy, solar energy, Hydropower energy etc. This all natural resources are able to solve electricity problem. Solar power is one of the energy which is very secured for our planet (earth) compared to others energy like hydro, nuclear, petroleum, gas, and geothermal energy which sometimes cause problems for living organisms in the water and environment in general.

Solar energy is best natural resources. It is easily available at any place. It is non-polluting and renewable energy source which is sustainable and totally inexhaustible and does not cause pollution. It is derived and sourced from the sun. It is a resource that is not only sustainable for energy consumption, it is definitely renewable and this means that we will never run out of it. Solar power can be used to generate electricity, it is also used in relatively simple technology to heat water (solar water heaters). Renewable solar energy benefits the world economically, environmentally and socially. This kind of energy generated by a solar photovoltaic panel that turns solar energy into electricity. Solar cells are long lasting sources of energy which can be used almost anywhere. Solar energy offers considerable advantages over conventional energy systems by nullifying flaws in those systems long considered to be unchangeable.

One of the biggest advantages of solar power is the ability to avoid the politics and price volatility that is increasingly characterizing fossil fuel markets. While the price of fossil fuels have increased, the per watt price of solar energy production has more than halved in the past decade – and is set to become even cheaper in the near future as better technology and economies of scale take effect.  The first benefit of using solar panels to generate electricity is that they do not produce any harmful greenhouse gases.    

At a practical level, many governments and state authorities are encouraging solar use through incentives such as subsidies, rebates and tariffs.
